Mike and Rosemary Bauer
Dear Art Friends,

We sincerely hope you have found ways to stay both healthy and happy in these unprecedented times.

We have maintained a positive outlook by continuing to work on the style of paintings we are known for; plein air and studio landscape scenes. It is the beauty, color and changing light of the outdoors that provides us with never ending inspiration and feeds our souls.

Many of you attended “Art in the Gardens and Vineyards” in May of 2019 in Edna Valley at the home of Mike’s father, David Bauer. We had hoped to repeat the event post-COVID. Sadly, we never had the chance, as Dave’s heart gave out last June. His generous and loving spirit lives on in our own hearts and inspires us to carry on. We realize that many of you have also experienced hardships in addition to those presented by the pandemic. We share our hope and inspiration with all of you as we transition to better times.
